Cut a piece of wood 49 x 3 x 1.5 inch.

The use a router to carve out the middle.

Then sand it.

Screwing the Sides to the Top and Bottom

Stick the 24 x 4 x 2 inch wood into the rope. Then use a hammer to twist the wood that the rope is raped on. Then go to the other side of the rope and do the same. the tighter the better.

Screwing the Middle Piece on to the Bottom

Cut the Three pieces of wood to fit in the middle hole. Then screw the three pieces of wood into the bottom one at a time, then screw the middle piece on to the third piece of wood. Putting the three pieces of wood there will make the middle piece be at the level of the arms.

Tying Rope to the Ends of the Arms

Drill a hole in the ends of the arms to make room for the rope, Then tie a knot at the end of the arms with the rope.

The rope should be tight.
