Baked Pumpkin
Fast and healthy dinner. Pumpkin is incredibly healthy and this food is also dietary.
Pumpkin is from my garden, the last piece of this year's harvest
you can serve it as a separate meal or a side dish.
Supplies
pumpkin
oil
spice
spoon
knife
baking paper
1-wash and cut the top with the stem
2-cut in half, hollow out the seeds with a spoon, cut into smaller pieces
3-mix olive oil with spices- according to your taste, pour on the pumpkin.
4-Put in the oven and bake until soft
