Baked Oats With Chocolate and Banana

Supplies

2 1/2 banana, cut in pieces

2 cups oat flour or oat meal

2 tsp baking powder

1/4 cup cocoa powder

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla powder or vanilla extract

1 1/2 cup milk

4 tsp chopped chocolate or chocolate chips

2 tbsp sugar or alternative

crushed cashews (optional)

4 ramekins for baking

Combine Wet Ingredients

Blend eggs with milk and bananas

Add Dry Ingredients

Add cocoa powder and 1/2 oat flour.

Blend until just incorporated.

Add rest of the flour, baking powder, sugar and vanilla powder.

Blend until smooth.

Fill Ramekins and Bake

Fill ramekins and sprinkle chocolate on top.

Bake 25-30 minutes (depending on ramekin size) in the oven, preheated to 355 F / 180 C.

Let them cool a little and serve with desired topping, sch as crushed nuts, syrup, yogurt or peanut butter.
