Baked Marble Bookmark

Super Simple Marble Bookmark
If you haven't seen my other instructable: Baked Marbles, check it out! It goes hand in hand with this idea.
You can of course, use an un-baked marble
Materials:
- Marble
- Ribbon
- Scissors
- Galvanised Wire (or a paperclip)
- Pliers
Wire Wrap the Marble

Best use wire is the galvanised stuff shown above, it's a lot easier to work with. That being said I've satisfactorily done this with a paperclip too.
Using the pliers, start working the wire around the marble.
This can be super fiddly but just play with it til you get a smooth enough circle around it.
Use the pliers to flatten the ends down some so you don't end up with a sharp pointy end sticking out.
Attach the Ribbon

Cut off a piece of ribbon and just pierce the wire through an end bit.
I just twisted the ribbon and then pierced it through again but to make it a little more secure you can knot it, twist and pierce again and/or use some superglue to ensure its stuck to the end.
And you're done!
Too easy and it makes a great gift!
