In a separate bowl, whisk together 6 Eggs.

Now add a 1/2 cup of Milk, 1/2 cup of Heavy Cream, and 1/2 cup of Sweetened Condensed Milk. [ whisk ]

Once you're done, dump in 1/2 cup of Granulated Sugar, and 1/3 cup of Light Brown Sugar. The amount of sugar provided works well to blend the amount of bread used, so its not super sweet or anything. [ whisk ]

Topping

bf8.jpg

For the topping, take out another bowl and whisk together, 2 tbsps of Ground Cinnamon, 1/2 cup of Light Brown Sugar, 1/2 tsp of Ground Allspice, and finally a 1/4 cup of Flour.

When you're done, add 1 stick of Cold Butter, however, make sure to watch video on how to press it. You can use a fork if you don't have a pastry cutter, the point here is to get the topping to look all crumbly and stuff.

Now, add the topping over the bread and stick in the oven for 50-60 minutes. Remember that it should be set to 365 degrees. However, all stoves are different, as far as temperature, so make sure to start checking around the 45 minute mark.

All Done :)
