For the white sauce.

  1. Add butter, minced garlic and stir a little.
  2. Add the sliced mushrooms. Fry for10-20 seconds
  3. Add salt, dried parsley, 1 tsb of flour, fresh cream/milk, coconut milk and give them a mix.
  4. Add cheese cubes and mix.
  5. Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
  6. The white sauce is ready.

To make the blue water for the rice preparation:

  1. Add 400 ml of water in a pan.
  2. Add 1 tsp of salt, and 10-14 blue pea flowers.
  3. Boil for 5 minutes

To make the rice:

  1. Take 1tbsp of butter.
  2. Add shah jeera (white cumin), and minced garlic. Stir for 10-20 seconds.
  3. Add 250grams of soaked rice.
  4. Add the 400ml blue water by straining the blue flowers.
  5. Cover and cook the rice for 20 minutes until the water evaporates and rice is done.
