Step 1: Cut the Bottom of Your Gallon
Cut about an inch up from the bottom
Step 2: Super Glue Bubble Wrap to the Bottom of Your Gallon
Step 3: Add Plastic Bags Into the Gallon
Make sure that when you are adding your plastic bags, you need to put the bag handles through the cap, then twist it on to close it.
Step 4: Paint the Gallon and Paint the Bottom of the Gallon
Step 5: Put Your Bottom Back Inside the Gallon
Once you're done painting and it has dried, to open your dispenser just remove the cap and pull your bags out. To refill your bags, take the bottom piece out from the gallon and add more.
