Bacon Applesauce

Bacon with applesauce and cheese.  I have a habit of trimming some of the fat off of the bacon, but leave some on it's what makes the bacon crisp.  Don't mix the bacon in the applesauce if you like hot crispy bacon just leave it on top ;)  Also, no bacon?  Try just applesauce and cheese sometime
