The Egg

To make the egg you'll need to first mix some glue and white paint ( because the glue dries clear ) in the plastic bowl.
Then pour onto a piece of wax paper.
Do the same except mix the glue with yellow paint and let dry overnight
Note: the glue will take a long time to dry so don't touch it.
After they have dried glue them together.

The Clock Mechanism

Now onto the clock and hands.
Take the clock and snap off the screws holding the back onto the glass( i tried to unscrew each one, but i found snapping them off is MUCH easier )
Once the back is off, the front glass and side panel should come off.
now you should be able to get the hands of the clock off the front( just pull them off )
then on the back remove the little mechanism box from the back.
just take this off the back. easy.
then set aside for later

The Bacon!

To make the bacon we're going to cut the cardboard into bacon shapes.( make one longer than the other for a minute hand )
Then get out the paints because we are going to some bacon painting!!!!
If your not a very artistic person you can probably just go and find some fake bacon toy to work with but what's the fun in that!!
now it took me a long time to get the bacon colors just right by mixing the paints.
Mix your colors to get a tan( brown and yellow ) and maroon ( brown and red )
paint the cardboard one coat of the tan then with the maroon paint stripes down lengthwise mimicking the look of bacon.
once you have your succulent looking bacon take the minute hand and glue it to the longer strip of bacon and do the same to the hour hand and short bacon strip.
Now yo have your bacon clock hands!

Putting It All Together

OK. Take the egg and cut / drill a hole in the center of the yolk.
Then put it on the thing that sticks out of the clock mechanism ( where the hands go ).
Next take your bacon clock hands a replace the on the same way you took them off.
Now all you have to do is put in some batteries, and use the Velcro on the back of the clock mechanism and on the pan an Viole!!!!!
