Bacon Wrapped Chorizo Stuffed Pizza Roll Recipe
Ingredients:
1 portion pizza dough
300g chorizo sausage
300g roast paprika
200g parmesan cheese
100g jalapeno slices
100g bacon stripes
salt, pepper, paprika & oregano
Preparation
Cut the chorizo in small pieces. Cut the roast paprika in half and remove the seeds. Fry them chorizo with a bit oil in a hot pan and stir a few minutes. Add the roast paprika and sprinkle salt, pepper, paprika & oregano to it and fry till everything looks good. Roll out the pizza dough and place chorizo and roast paprika on it. Place jalapeno & parmesan cheese. Now roll everything to the top and wrap the dough around the filling. Wrap the Bacon stripes around the pizza roll.
Finish
Put the pizza roll in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air for about 25 minutes. Now grab a piece and enjoy. Look at my other work.
