I have tried ”seafood presso" (https://www.instructables.com/Seafood-Presso/) before with using an espresso machine. Now I wonder if I can do the same thing with meat. So I tried it out.

Brew by the espresso machine. It is a little bit greasy, but you can feel Umami.
