This step-by-step guide to a backyard bootcamp workout will help you get in shape in the comfort of your own lawn! All you need to do this workout is a few basic household things and a little motivation. Remember, no pain no gain!

Supplies

All you will need to do this workout is a yoga mat or beach towel, tennis shoes, and a jump rope.

Warmup

Tie up your sneakers and roll out your yoga mat to start the workout ! Begin with basic stretches starting from your neck and going all the ya to your feet. Here is a simple warmup :
Neck rolls
Shoulder rolls
Arm circles
Cross Arm Stretch
Torso twist
Trunk Rolls
Toe touch
Butterfly stretch
Ankle rolls

Jog and Jump

Jog a few laps around your yard. Then do 50 Jumping Jacks, making sure to touch your hands together at the top of the jump.

Circuit

You will be doing 5 exercises, then breaking, then repeating the cycle 3-5 times based on your endurance and how much you want to get out of the workout!

1. Jump Rope for one minute
2. 50 Sit-ups
3. 35 Burpees
4. Mountain Climers for one minute
5. 40 push ups

Rest for 2 minutes. Stretch and drink water. Then repeat the cycle 3 or 4 more times.

Cool Down

After repeating the circuit a few times, stretch from feet to neck, reversing the order of the stretching from the 2nd slide.

You have finished the workout! Drink water and rest. You can do this everyday, but make sure to consult a doctor before starting any kind of exercise,especially if you are pregnant, elderly, disabled, or have recently undergone surgery.
