Backrest Up Date

I took the old backrest off my Suzuki

I found a logo off the internet and traced it onto some typing paper. I found some foam with some fabric on one side and picked out some vinyl.

TIP: I like to wind a few bobbins before I start. I noticed they were coming unwound. I found if I put them in a water bottle lid they stay rolled.

I sewed around the pattern upside down as I find it is easier to sew with the vinyl side down. I sewed the side in one piece and top stitched it. Adds a little custom look.
