The aim of the BSX project was to produce a fun, neat little vehicle that proves the potential of a Bike/Scooter hybrid. I believe there is a gap in the market for a folding/pocket bike that is rugged enough to withstand tricks and also have a cool visual appeal. I spent far more time and money on the project than intended, but I didn't want to compromise on any part of it! Im delighted with the finished bike. I think it looks cool and most importantly It's extremely fun to mess around on!

The Bike is made from a host of dissasembled micro-scooters for the head tube and neck, a childs balance bike for the pneumatic 10" wheels and fork. BMX bars and grips slightly cut down. 140mm cranks with 52T chainring and 16T freewheel. Magnesium pedals (yes I had a "money no object" moment!). The frame is 4mm laser cut alu sheet designed in 2D CAD (2 pieces joined with two lengths of alu box section top and bottom)
