Description
I've been working on this companion for a long time. This droid has been a long time in the making and a project of fun. I had to model him in multiple fusion files to help my laptop run smoother. I only used reference images and did not import any foreign files when making it, so the droid is completely original. It is modeled to be movie scale, but can certainly be scaled down to fit on a 3D printer. The JH comes from my University, the Kansas Jayhawks, and so does the color scheme. My main goal for this project was to inspire others and to bring joy, and I started this a long time ago, before the contest was announced.
BB-JH is scraps from all over the galaxy. Colors have been mismatched or just old and worn. He's been given fresh paint when available, but grime and dirt have not been kind. His memory bank has been corrupted, but the files remain. Who knows what stories and adventures he has been on. He is fiercely loyal but a big softy. He is also compassionate and tries to bring joy during these dark times. Making one kid smile is worth more than any credits. He always makes a point to do so.
