Automatic Bottle Filling System

Every day we have to fill up small bottles with a cleaning agent for eyeglasses.
My idea was to build a machine that does this automatically for us.
Since our customers often bring us the bottles half full, it would not have been possible to only run the pump for a certain period of time.
That's why I integrated a scale into the bottle holder.
The pump only starts from a weight of 8 grams (empty bottle) and stops as soon as it has reached its capacity of 60 grams.
If the bottle is removed during filling (<8 grams), the pump stops automatically.
The green button starts the process.
The red button is EMERGENCY_OFF and tare.

Build a Board

I designed the board with Fritzting. After I printed it at AISLER, I decided on a different relay.
Fritzing drilled the unnecessary holes because of the display ic2 board.

3D Model With Fusion 360

Thanks to some practice with Fusion 360, I designed the housing from several parts and had it printed via an online 3D printing service.
the large housing part was probably a challenge for the 3d printing partner.
Then had to drill the holes by hand to the right size.
Coding
I'm definitely not a professional programmer...
Hope you get along with the German variables.
