Cut a cardboard in the shape of a scale. This cardboard will serve as a pattern 

Thanks to the pattern, cut 3 wooden planks each one identical.

Cut two rectangles in your wooden boards to assemble the toggle with screws.

Attaches a wooden cleat to the front of the horse to hang its head.

Make a horse’s head on a cardboard box.

For handles, take a hose and make holes in it. Run a rope through it

Then put these pipes in the head of the cardboard horse 

Hang your head on the horse

Painted the horse as you please

Add a seal for greater comfort ;)

TADAAAMM the horse is finished, it is missing more than to place the levers.
