At Home Plants

The passion for plants happened a couple of months ago when i started taking a closer look at how they elevate anywhere they are. I'm a biology major and after adding plants to my collection I'm really considering

Water & Sun

Always make sure your plants are receiving enough sun and water. Sun is the plant's major form of creating energy for its survival. Water is also essential as it provides valuable nutrients the plant needs. Every plant species varies with the amount of water and sun that works the best for its growth. One unknown problem with most new plant owners is that they overwater plants.

Pruning and Propagating

Pruning is a very recommended part of your plant journey. Pruning gets rid of leaves that have scars and have become yellow, these leaves are unable to go through photosynthesis and are not beneficial to the plant. Pruning also allows the nutrients and sugars to travel to new and striving leaves, stems, and roots instead of those that are dead. Propagation allows you to snip a piece of the mother plant that contains a node or an auxiliary root that you can place in water. These plants tend to grow longer roots in water, allowing you to plant them and create a new clone plant.

Setup

After taking good care of your plants make sure you set them up in your house beautifully. Plants are a key to some great interior designing and they bring great advantages to any space.

After you have had a long day and finally get to look around. Take a look at the masterpieces you helped grow. Maybe grab your cat and a nice pair of shoes and appreciate the leafy greens.
