The Asian Style Pork Cordon Bleu introduced here is different than traditional French Pork Cordon Bleu. The cheese stuffed pork chops can be made quickly, and the ingredients are simple. With all these stuffed cheese in it, it is extremely delicious.

1. Pork Chops

2. All Purpose Flour

3. Cheese

4. Bread Crumbs (Panko)

5. Eggs

Stuff Pork Chops With Cheese

Prepare a sharp knife and pork chops. Cut the side of the pork chops to make pockets. Fill the pockets with your favor cheese. Close the pockets and now the pork chops are ready for breading.

Prepare all purpose flour, bread crumbs (panko), and eggs. Whip the eggs in a bowl. Have the flours, liquid eggs, and bread crumbs in a bowl and plates as shown in the image. Bread the cheese stuffed pork chops in sequence of the flours, liquid eggs, and bread crumbs. Now the pork chops are ready for frying

Fry the pork chops until golden color. Now the Pork Cordon Bleu (Cheese Stuffed Pork Chop) is ready to be served. (Optional) Add salt, pepper, ketchup, or you favor sauce to rich the flavor as needed.
