I love a nice fluffy omelet for breakfast or brunch. You can do so many things with them and flavor them in so many ways. I was inspired for this Instructable by the foccacia breads that I have seen that were decorated with cut up vegetables making flower designs on the bread. I figured it would also be pretty on a fluffy omelet! It's fun to play with your food and be artistic! You can follow along with this Instructable to see how you can easily make one! Your entire family can each enjoy making one for themselves! They are so pretty and very tasty!

Crack the eggs and carefully separate the whites from the yolks. Be careful not to get any yolk into the egg whites. The whites go into the bowl of your mixer. The yolks go into a cereal sized bowl. Beat egg yolks with desired amount of salt and pepper for 1 minute or until slightly thickened.
