I design this project because I want people pretend that they can hear the planet's sounds. And this is a very simple way to start your first Arduino project, because it's easy, easy to build and can have fun with it.

I add a push bottom and and radio to make it better. I add a push bottom to let two people can have a competition on it.The radio can make the thing have sound and it makes it more interesting.

Let's get started!

Step 1: What You'll Need

If you want to build this, you will need these components:

- Arduino, any Arduino compatible controller are ok.

- LEDs, 5mm, you can you any color you like and you can use as much LEDs as you want.

- You will need one resistor per LED to limit current. Anything above 150 ohms should be fine to protect your micro controller.

- Breadboard

- a horn

- two push buttons

- Jumper wire

After finishing your project, for decoration, you will need:

- Any box that can protect and decorate your project.

- A battery or a computer to give your project energy

Step 2: Build the Circuit

The circuit of this project is pretty straight forward. Wire all power from the pulse width modulation (PWM) pins D3, D5, D6, D9, D10, and D11 to the positive ends of your LEDs. Wire the negative ends to the resistors and then to a common ground.

Step 3: the Code

Daniel's Arduino project

if you learn coding before, you will find this coding simplistic. The code comments lay out the logic of each section. The entire code is embedded here and you may download the sketch below.

Step 4: Build Your Box

you any paper box and cut them into the shape you want and the size you need. ( I used a paper box that is lucky fit my box.) you will need to cut three holes that can let your two push buttons and a horn.
