Here is the list of components you would required:

12bit Ws2812b led ring

4 digit 7 Segment module TM1637

DS3231 RTC Module

Atmega328p Microcontroller

Arduino UNO or FTDI Module

2 x 22pf capacitor

16mhz Crystal

10k resistor

2 x Push Button

TP4056 Module

18650 Cell

Build the Circuit

Upload the Code

Here you can find the code for the project. Upload it through an FTDI breakout board or arduino UNO (Just remove the atmega328 chip that come with UNO and place your atmega328 in there). Also make sure to include all the libraries used in this code.
