Here is the Stage.4 on building up the vest module

Now you can build your own high -tech laser-tag system using Arduino, bringing the futuristic thrill of laser-tag Innovations kits - directly to you. This laser-tag system is a fully functional laser-tag set in kit-form, allowing you to build your own arena and gear.

The complete kit comes with all parts includes the following items (front, back, Phaser Gun parts and Shoulders 3D case, all Resistors, Transistors, I/R receiver diodes, I/R Tx diodes, Laser, Battery Charger, Cable and Body vest with cable and fixing plates attached for you. (plug & play)

- Vibrate Motor

Glue the vibrate motor to the PCB, solder pads (CON4) then solder the Red wire (+) to the top of the PCB. Next solder the Blue wire (-) underneath of PCB.

Solder the pre wired phaser cable to the front PCB solder pads (CON3) NOTE: Make sure that you connect each of the wires to the correct pads. The wiring colour code as follows BLACK = GND / WHITE = 7.4V / RED = +5V / ORANGE = LED1 / YELLOW = P/H / GREEN = VSK (see photo) Next attach the cable tie in kit to the phaser gun cable wired end. (see photo).

First mount the pre wired charging socket to the front case use two M3 screws with nuts then solder the 3 coloured wire from charging socket on the right side of the front case (front facing towards you) to the PCB solder pads (CON4) NOTE: Make sure that you connect each of the wires to the correct pads. The wiring colour code as follows BLACK = GND / RED = +5V / GREEN = VSK (see photo)

Connect the 5 pin wire lead plug to the OLED Display (see photos). NOTE: Make sure it connected the right way round.

Insert the two 8 pin plug into the sockets (left and right side).

- Cable Leads to Front PCB

Bend and fold the cable lead underneath the PCB. (left and right side)

- Attaching the Front PCB

Place the front PCB down onto the front case plate with the word (FRONT) printed on the plate. make sure the cable leads are not twisted up and away from the mounting screw holes. Next screw down the PCB with the six M3 screws in the kit. ---- NOTE: Do not overtighten the screws.

- Attach Front / Back Casing

Place the front casing down onto the front base plate then screw down the case with M3 screws in the kit.

- Shoulder Cable Leads

Insert the two 8 pin plug into the sockets, Next bend and fold the cable lead underneath the PCB. (left and right side)

- Shoulder PCBs to Vest

Place the PCB down onto the shoulder case plate with the word, Make sure the cable leads are not twisted up and are away from the mounting screw holes. Next screw down the PCB with the six M3 screws in the kit. ---- NOTE: Do not overtighten the screws. Repeat the same for the other side.

-Attach Casing

Attach the left lid casing top down onto the shoulder plate making sure it is facing inwards. (side without a lens) near the neck of the vest. Once in place then screw down the case with M3 screws in the kit.

- Back Cable Leads

Mount the on/ff LED switch to he back casing then tighten with the nut.

Place the Back casing down onto the back base plate (mark BACK) then screw down the case with M3 screws in the kit.
