Arctis Pro Wired Repair

This appears to be a common problem with the SteelSeries headsets and there are hundreds of posts on the web about this. The right earcup has broken off of it's moving axil
Supplies
screwdriver, solder gun, aluminum, pliers, hot glue
Unscrew Earcup Cover

After removing the 3 screws from under the earcup cushion, I referenced this picture to solder the 2 wires connecting to the right earcup's motherboard.
Glue Any Cracks

After wires were reattached, I re-glued a crack in the headset with hot glue
Place Piece of Aluminum Over Affected Area

after hot glue was dry, I placed a piece of aluminum that i found in a toolbox to reinforce the plastic earcup.
Hot Glue

Cover area in hot glue, make sure aluminum stays in place.

close it back up and enjoy your good as new headset!
