Apple Pie Baked Pancakes

If there is one meal of the day I love to cook, it's breakfast. I don't know why, but I could be happy eating breakfast food for every meal for the rest of me life. Yum!

One of my recent creations are these pancakes. I like them because you bake them in your oven so you have to time to make coffee and other items while it bakes. What else is nice, is that it doesn't take many ingredients. And there is a good chance you have them all, right now, in a basic pantry. Which means you can make this right now if you want!

What you need:
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 cup Flour
3 Eggs
1/4 cup of Butter
1 Apple
a sprinkle of cinnamon
a sprinkle of brown sugar

Start by preheating your oven to 400 degrees. You need to get a round cake pan like this. You can double this recipe if feeding a few extra people. Just use a 9x13 pan then.

You have to grease the crap out of the pan even if it's non stick! So stick your hand in a sandwich baggie and dip into your butter dish and smear it all around.

In a bowl mix 1/2 cup flour, a 1/2 cup of milk, and three eggs. Mix it all up!

Now pour it into the greased pan. Now take your apple and chop it up.  Yes, I left the peel on. It's a tasty and nutritious part of the apple so embrace it! Add the apples to your pan and sprinkle them around. Sprinkle on the cinnamon. However much you want. A light dusting will do. Grab some brown sugar and sprinkle it on top. Now dump on the 1/4 cup of butter (melted). DO NOT MIX IT IN!!!

Now bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from oven and put it on your plate. This is where greasing the crap out of the pan comes in handy. If you didn't put enough in you end up with shreds of what was once glorious. Now cover that in syrup and enjoy!!!!
