Apple Crisp Cups
- 2 apples
- 1/2 cup of flour
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1/2 cup of butter (room temperature)
- 1 1/3 tablespoon of cinnamon
- 2/3 cup of quick oats
- 1 tablespoon of sugar

- Mixing Spoon
- Oven
- Muffin Pan
- Measuring cups and spoons
- Cutting Board
- Knife
- 9 Muffin Cups
Make Your Filling
First off, you will need to preheat your oven to 350° F. Next, you will need to wash your apples and take off any stickers. After that cut both of your apples into 1/4 inch cubes. Toss your apples and 1 tablespoon of both sugar and cinnamon until you have an even coating.
Make Your Crust
Next, you will need to mix your butter, flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon until it makes an even paste. Once you have made this paste fold in your oats. Once that is done you should put your muffin cups in your pan. After, take a small amount of this mixture and press it into the muffin cup as evenly as you can.
Fill and Enjoy!
Finally, split your apples evenly between the muffin cups and bake for about 10 minutes. If you have any leftover crust but not enough to make another crust you can sprinkle it on top of your apples. Enjoy!
