Apple-Core Cookies
This is another super-healthy recipe (and I mean it) :) Again, these cookies are actually good for your health, because they contain just a little honey, apples (fibers), seeds and almonds. I baked these to be delivered in sachets for the Christmas Tree Advent Calendar

Ingredients
- 3 Apples
- 100grams of almond flour
- 3 teaspoons of Honey
- 2 spoons of pumpkin seeds
- 2 spoons of flaxseeds
- 2 spoons of chia seeds
The apples I used were red (I find them slightly sweeter) and quite small.
These ingredients are for around 30 cookies
Mix It Up!
Use a chopper to mesh the apples, until they get the consistency of a sort of soup (see image)
Mix it with honey and the almond flour (see image)
Add all the seeds and stir (see image)

Baking
Put the dough in an oven tray, preferably on a baking paper (they wont stick at all, it's granted ;)). I shaped them like circles but feel free (see image)
Pre-heat the oven at 180degrees and then bake for 45/50minutes at 180degrees. They'll get brownish around the border (see image).

Cooling
Let them cool down. They'll still be a little soft but they're very good and healthy ;)
(see last image for the final result)
You can add pumpkin seeds or oat flakes to increase the crunchiness. I'll try next time ;)
