Apple Cinnamon Pancakes

For this recipe you will need:
2 c all-purpose flour
3 tbsp sugar
1 1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
2 1/2 c buttermilk
2 eggs
3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
2 tbsp cinnamon
1 c granny smith apples, shredded
Prepping the Apples

Peel and shred 1 cup of granny smith apples (approximately 2).

Mix the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. After they are combined, make a place in the center to pour the wet ingredients into.

Add the wet ingredients and mix together.

Now add the apples and stir them in.

Cook 1/3 cup batter for each pancake on a pan that's been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray and heated to medium-high heat.
Bubbles? Not Ready Just Yet!

When the pancakes start to bubble, they are almost ready, but not yet. Give it another minute and then flip them.
Now, for the Other Side.

After you flip the pancake, cook the other side for a couple of minutes until golden brown.
Keeping Them Warm

This recipe will make a lot of pancakes. While you are cooking up the rest, keep the first few warm on a pan in the oven that's been preheated to 350°.
