watermelon infused water inspired by this post in the watermelon contest, I thought, we can use such technique with other fruits too.. e.g apples?

why apples?

coz eatting an apple daily because it is a super fruit, high in fiber and low in calories. Apples contain vitamins and minerals and fiber. These also helps to lose weight in a variety of ways.

and what other favours to contrast it?

1. CINNAMON why? (health benefits)

2.LEMON?

Lemon water flushes out toxins and is extremely beneficial for the body.

3. MINT?

Two tablespoons of mint provides 2 calories, 0.12 grams of protein, 0.48 grams carbohydrates, 0.03 grams of fat and 0.30 grams of fiber. Mint contains small amounts of potassium, magnesium, calcium, phosphorus, vitamin C and vitamin A.3

and ofcourse WATER!!!
