Angry Black Cat Cookies

If you'd like to transform them into cute cookies, use regular size M n Ms as the eyes or pipe frosting of white and mini chocolate chips or you can use cookies and cream Hershey's kisses :)

1 c margarine

2 c sugar

2 eggs (if large, if small use 3)

1 heaping tbsp vanilla essence

3 c flour

1 c cocoa powder

1/2 tsp each baking powder, baking soda, salt

Candy corns and mini M n Ms of yellow and red

Mix dry ingredients, set aside

Cream margarine and sugar until fluffy then add in dry mixture a little at a time, scraping sides and bottom of mixer once awhile

Beat in eggs and vanilla essence, scraping sides and bottom to fully incorporated

With the help of parchment or wax paper, transform dough into a log (you might have to do this three times), and slice into rounds

Pinch ears on each round and place them on greased baking sheets

Press whiskers using a fork

Preheat oven to 350 F and bake cookies for 10-12 minutes max

Take out cookies of oven and immediately press candy corns as eyes and mini yellow or red M n Ms as noses. Let cookies cool on sheet for 5 minutes before moving them to cooling rack

Cool completely before storing
