Ambrosia Flatbread
Ambrosia, the nectar of the gods, is the best comparison for this delicious, sweet and savory snack! Ancient Grecian gods and mortals alike enjoyed fruits, cheeses, and honey for dessert, so snack like a god! It only takes 5 ingredients and 5 minutes to achieve this heavenly combination!
Gather Supplies
The ingredients you will need are:
-1 flatbread base (I love Stonefire's mini naan)
-1 dollop of cream cheese
-1/4 of an apple
-sprinkling of feta
-drizzle of honey
-chopped nuts (optional)
Tools-
Mandolin (optional)
Knife

Slice Apples
For best results, use a mandolin set on thin slice to get really delicious, crisp slices of apple. I first cut off 1/3 of the apple, then started slicing, and snacked on the rest that did not fit on my flatbread.
Assemble Flatbread
To assemble the flatbread:
1. Start with your mini naan. Coat it with cream cheese.
2. Place apple slices on top.
3. Sprinkle feta.
4. Drizzle honey.
Optional: Top with chopped nuts for more texture and protein.
5. Enjoy!
