Amber Glow

This easily made tonic is a favorite of mine. Amber glow works great as a digestive aid and a great pick me up. If used on a daily basis, this home remedy improves digestion and counters fatigue/increases energy. I recommend one to two 8 ounces glasses a day.
Ingredients

1.Honey
2. Apple Cider Vinegar
3.Water
4.Ground Cinnamon
5. Ground Ginger
Combining the Ingredients

Start with adding a few ounces of water to a glass, there is no need to be precise. Then add a small amount of apple cider vinegar (1-2 tablespoons) into the water. Afterwards, add the desired amount of honey (I usually put around 2 tablespoons). The acidity from the apple cider vinegar will help dissolve the honey into the mixture. Then add 1/8 teaspoon of ground cinnamon and 1/8 ground ginger. Stir vigorously until the honey is completely dissolved and the spices are mixed in. Finish by adding around 5 more ounces of water.
Enjoy
