Amazing Italian Dinner Made From Scratch
This is a yummy italian pasta dish made completely from scratch. I make a lot of homemade italian dishes from scratch but this will be the first one Ive shared with anyone. Im terrible at writing down recipes and I always season to taste instead of by amount so please forgive me on that. I hope you all like it and are motivated to try it out. Remember, this recipe is seasoned to taste so you will season this to your specific taste making it your own recipe. Good luck and enjoy!!!!

Cooking Separate Ingredients
Fill a pot with water and add a little oil. Bring to a boil and add fettuccine noodles. In a bowl combine raw pork sausage with ground fennel, basil, oregano, and parsley. Mix well and place seasoned pork in a sauce pan to cook. Now place diced tomatoes UNSTRAINED into a smaller pot and bring to a boil. Once boiling add to taste italian seasoning, basil, parsley, garlic salt, and ground pepper. Stir well then add a few pearls of cheese and stir until melted and mixed with tomatoes. Stir ground pork. Pork will be done when there is no pink anywhere. It should be browned throughout. I made way to much pork because it needed to be cooked so I had to separate three quarters of it to use later on something else. Combine remaining pork with diced tomatoes. Hopefully you didnt strain any extra juice from the tomatoes so the pork can absorb it. Otherwise your sauce will be too dry. Now remove from heat and strain your noodles. While hot, melt butter in noodles to prevent sticking and cover with a lid. Stir diced tomatoes and pork thoroughly.
Serving Your Dish
Hopefully not having specific ingredient amounts didnt cause you to much trouble and your italian sauce is delicious. Depending on how much you made you can dish out as many bowls of pasta as needed. I made a small meal for two. Top noodles with sauce and garnish with a few cheese pearls for look and added flavor. Sorry this wasnt my best instructable since I decided to make it after I had already cooked and eaten it ha. Well enjoy everyone! Be creative and make it your own!
