cut oversize, trim to fit
(keeps cards from rattling)

Open Altoids case by pushing past detent
Rinse & Dry to remove Candy Dust

Padding , Prep

cut PIECE OF FOAM : 3/8" X 7/8" 1 1/2" ,
trim so 2 stacks of 4 cards fit snuggly
I used foam from the top of a CD 25-Pack
any padding will do (packing peanut , anti-static foam , papier-mache ...)

pre-position magnet before applying epoxy
apply epoxy to magnet
position lanyard loop
apply more epoxy to magnet to cover lanyard loop
avoid epoxy on part of loop not under magnet
let cure
