Cooking Pasta
Start by putting 7-10 cups of water on the stove, turn the heat up to the highest it goes and bring to a boil.
Then add 1 box of fettuccine pasta into the water and add 1 teaspoon of salt Let the pasta sit into the water until cooked
Alfredo Sauce
Once the pasta is cooked, take 1 cup of pasta water and put it aside
Use a strainer to strain the excess water get the same pot you used to cook the pasta, put it on the heat at a 6 or 7 and add 1 jar of alfredo sauce
Now take the empty jar of alfredo sauce, add half a cup of milk, and then shake for around 30 seconds
Then pour the milk and excess sauce mixture into the alfredo sauce Finally to finish the sauce add the 1 cup of pasta water and mix continuously or until well combined
Last Step for Alfredo Sauce
add your pasta into the pot and stir until well combined
Put pasta into a plate and add parmesan cheese if wanted and any protein like chicken, salmon, etc..
Steam Veggies
choose any vegetables you like ( i choose broccoli ) and steam or cook it however you want
if you are doing steam broccoli like me, grab a pot and fill it halfway with water
then let the water boil and add 1/2 teaspoon of salt
add broccoli and let it cook for 2-3 minutes then drain the water
Protien of Your Choice
you can choose any type of protein you want it can be a vegan option or non-vegan,
for this recipe, I decided to make shrimp.
I made the shrimp by first seasoning the shrimp with salt and pepper ( but you can season it with whatever you like)
get a pan, put it on the stove on high heat, and put butter all over the bottom
then add the seasoned shrimp and let it cook for 3-4 minutes
(Photos in this slide are not mine they are examples of what you can put on the pasta)
