What could be better than chocolate mixed with coffee and caramel? How about mixing them with a box cake mix and make the fluffiest cookies ever.
This recipe is super easy and really inexpensive. The best part? You can add in so many different things and make it your favorite cookie.

YOU WILL NEED:
1 box chocolate cake mix
2 eggs
1 stick butter
1/4 cup cold coffee
1 cup chocolate chips
2 tbsp caramel syrup (or cut up caramels and melt to measure 2 tbsp)
Powder sugar (optional)

HOW TO DO IT:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients together in large bowl on low speed with an electric mixer. (If you do not have a mixer, stir with hand for a bout 50 strokes or until completely mixed.) Drop 1 tbsp sized cookies on greased cookie sheet. Bake for 11 minutes. Remove from oven and cool on cookie sheet for 2 minutes. Cool completely on cookie rack. Sprinkle with powder sugar if desired.

Remember to allow cookie sheet to cool completely before adding more dough. The cookies will continue to cook on heated sheet.

Make these all your own. Try adding peppermint or cinnamon. Let me know how your add ins work!
