Alien Cupcakes

Here is a quick and simple recipe for Alien Cupcakes. I made these for my son the other day upon his request

The recipe I used is as follows.

1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
2tsp vanilla
1 1/2 flour
1 3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup of milk

You'll also need
Icing sugar
Green food coloring
Marshmallows
and some soft black candy

You could also use any other recipe for the base, up to you

Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs and vanilla.

Combine flour and baking soda

Add to mixture

Stir in Milk

cook 175c for 30 minutes

Place a large marshmallow in the middle of the cupcake.

I used a little icing to keep it in place.

Mix some icing sugar and water till you have a mixture consistent with syrup.

Add green food coloring till you find your desired color

Pour the icing over the marshmallows till fully coated

Once the icing is almost hard, decorate with your candy.

I molded the eyes with my fingers and just cut pieces to size for the antennas
