Alcohol Dispenser
In this project I will try to explain how to assemble an automatic hand alcohol dispenser.
This dispenser will have a motion sensor which together with a servomotor and a motion sensor which will be incorporated into the design.
Essentially I will try to explain my experience and the steps that I followed when designing the frame of the alcohol dispenser before placing the electronic components on it.
About Fusion 360
Open Autodesk Fusion 360 and create a project. In this case i created a PC1 project it will help me to be in order about all our skechts that we'll made henceforth.
Cara A
Created sketch called CARA A it will be one part of my final Alcohol dispenser. First created a Skech them put the lines in order and follow the right measures until get the final solid. To help me in this CASE A i used some tools from fusion 360 like Line tool, Pan tool, mirror tool and extrude tool.
Cara B
Created sketch called CARA B it will be one part of our final Alcohol dispenser. First created a Skech them put the lines in order and follow the right measures until get the final solid. To help me in this CASE B i used some tools from fusion 360 like Line tool, Pan tool, mirror tool and extrude tool.
Cara C
Created sketch called CARA C it will be one part of our final Alcohol dispenser. First created a Skech them put the lines in order and follow the right measures until get the final solid. To help me in this CASE C i used some tools from fusion 360 like Line tool, Pan tool, mirror tool and extrude too.
Cara D
Created sketch called CARA D it will be one part of our final Alcohol dispenser. First created a Skech them put the lines and circles in order and follow the right measures until get the final solid. To help me in this CASE D i used some tools from fusion 360 like Line tool, Pan tool, mirror tool, circle tool and extrude too.I drawed extra reference lines too to make easier draw circles on the midle of the sketch.
Assenmbled "caras"
Create a sketch called "ensamble". In this I was assembled all my latest designs.
First i was to click on the option "insert into current designs" this must be repeated throughout the entire sketch of the "ensamble" to be able to assemble.
Then i was to move and put in right position all the designs to line up them according to the design of the alcohol dispenser.
Then i was to use the Assemble option, in this I selected the joint tool to select the samelines or samecircles between designs that were common(Lines and circles that will stay together at the final design) and it was done.
Copy Drawing Lines From Picture
To start this step i created a sketch where i inserted a picture to be able to drawed it in to my alcohol dispenser.
First i created a Cara A sketch becouse there was where i decided put the picture(You can select any do you want and how many too) then went to the insert option and selected canvas to find my picture that i was put into Cara A.
I went to create option and selected spline tool, fit point spline then copied drawing lines from the picture with this option. When the drawing lines was done i saved the sketch as .DXF to use it at a RDWorkV8 program.
Setting at RDWorksV8
For this step i imported the .DXF archive to RDWorksV8 sofware then i was able to see the picture from the last step in red lines. How i wanted to use this image to cut with its shape, i clicked CUT and instantly appeared a window LAYER PARAMETER where i configurated: SPEED 50 , POWER 40min and 60max and demarcated the secod lasser cannon becouse i was working just with one.
With these settings i proceded to clicked PREVIEW then SIMULATION to tested how machine was working.
After this I was ready to assemble the alcohol dispenser with a nice disign.
Servomotor and motion sensor will be added after the dispenser is built
