What you will need:

1/2" PVC L-joint x8

Cardboard

Hot glue

Building the Frames

Measure and mark one PVC pipe into four, 3'' pipes. Use the handsaw to cut the pipe. Then mark two PVC pipes every two inches. Mark the other two PVC pipes 3", 5", 7", 9'', 11", 13", 15", 17", 19", 21".

Connect the four 2' PVC pipes with the PVC L-Joints to form a 2ft x 2ft square. Make sure the marks you made last step are offset with the opposite side pipe. See picture. Repeat this with the 6'' PVC pipes to build a 6in. x 6in. square frame.

Building the Rack

Wrap the string from one side of the 2' x 2' PVC frame to the other side. Wrap tightly and make sure to follow the marks. Wrap the ends around and knot tightly. Repeat this with the other two parallel pipes.

Build the Fan Rack

Hot glue four motor mounts on the inside of each corner of the 6" x 6" PVC frame. Cut a 6 in. x 2 in. rectangle of cardboard and hot glue it to the top of the frame and down the middle.

Build the Circuit

Cut four 6" strips of red wire and two 6'' strips of black electrical wire.

Use scissors to clip the edges and reveal the copper wires. Assemble two circuits, both identical to the circuit diagram.

Install Motors

Install motors to each motor mount, keeping the electrical wire on top of the cardboard. The hot glue the battery packs and switches to the cardboard.

Cut two 15in. strings and tie one end of each string to one side of the frame. Then tie each string across the model to the opposite side.

After completing this, suspend the model from a clothes hangar or on a clothes rack. You can finally install the fan blades to each motor. Install your batteries, set your built rack directly underneath the fans, and flip the switches.

Place any wet shirt on the rack and let dry.
