After the fins are ready, Cut out a design or picture out of construction paper and glue it to the bottle with hot glue. Next wrap the bottle in wax paper and glue it on, to keep the design from getting wet.(If you don't have wax paper you can color the design in crayon and it will waterproof it, but not as good)

To attach the fins hot glue them to the mouth of the bottle.(They should be evenly spaced out)

After that, poke the needle through the half cork. Once the needle is in the cork, fill the bottle about 1/4 of the way with water.( You may need to do a little more or less) Next stand the bottle on the three fins. You are now ready to launch.
