I love wrapping stuff in tortillas/flatbread but always found they would fall apart. One day I had a brainstorm when I ran out of garlic bread but had spaghetti and meatsauce leftover. I rolled it in a tortilla with a nice amount of cheese and air fried it. And then I got a nice crisp spaghetti and meatsauce burrito. I will now show you 2 of the many possibilities.

Supplies

Ground meat (beef, chicken, turkey, lamb, whatever)

Onions

Iceberg lettuce

Tortillas or flatbread of choice ( I used roti)

Sour cream

Salsa

Tomato sauce

Spices (pepper, worchestershire, garlic, salt, chili powder, paprika, oregano, whatever you like I also grabbed a seasoning pack for the tacos)

Spaghetti

Parmesan cheese

Chredded cheese blend

Knives, pots, cutting board, stirring utensil, ground meat buster.

Brown Your Meat

Start cooking your ground meat. Season as you normally would. I use pepper, worchestershire, garlic. Cook until brown. Drain grease if necessary. I dice and add onion and cook until translucent.

Split Up the Meat.

I'm using this for both tacos and Spaghetti sauce so I eyeball it and split into 2 pots. Adding the seasoning pack to the pot for tacos and adding oregano and tomato sauce to the other pot with.a pinch of the secret ingredient for spaghetti sauce, cinnamon.

Boil Your Noods. Assemble Other Ingredients

The pots of meat should be just about finished. Boil your spaghetti as per the package. Slice up your lettuce for tacos. Drain and butter the spaghetti.

Get Ready to Roll

In a bowl I mix the spaghetti, sauce and Parmesan or shredded cheese. When all mixed roll your burrito. For the tacos I assemble taco as desired. I usually use cheese on bottom, meat, sour cream, Salsa and lastly lettuce. Roll and place in the air fryer. My air fryer doesn't really cook the last 4 minutes so I put everything for 10. When finished your burrito should be nice and crunchy and sealed and held together quite well. Be careful as they will be hot. Let cool and also be careful biting into it too soon as again hot. Can be saved for something quick to warm up and also works really well for breakfast Burritos as well.
