When me and partner started to design our house we really focused on not wasting any space we also focused on making our house be small and look modern. We decided to put a container on top we also added a porch on top of the container in the bottom we did this to you the space that is left for a garage.

We added brown wood sheets so the house could have a rustic look but also modern look. In my opinion the house looks great with the brown wood sheets and the white panels. We also added a Plexiglas roof on the porch so it could offer protection and so it wont block the sunlight. We added this stairs because they looked modern and don't take up much space. We added sliding door because regular door when open take up to much space.

When you first enter the house you will see the living room with a TV and a sofa. You will also see the kitchen with some cabinets and a sink. To go to the second floor you have to exit the first floor and head to the stairs that will lead you to the second floor. When you first arrive to the first to the porch and you will have to open a sliding door to access the master bedroom to you right there is going to be a door and that will be restroom in there you will see a toilet and a walk in shower and a sink. We went with this design because it gives you space but you also have everything with you and not missing anything.
