Adzhiani — juicy meat in a rich tomato-garlic sauce with melted cheese!
A simple and incredibly flavorful dish with a Caucasian twist. Made with chicken or turkey fillet, vegetables, spicy adjika, and mozzarella — it’s perfect for dinner or a festive table.

Supplies





Ingredients:
• 1 kg chicken or turkey fillet
• 2 onions
• 4–5 tomatoes
• 3 tbsp adjika
• 2–3 garlic cloves
• salt and black pepper to taste
• a bunch of cilantro
• 200–300 g mozzarella cheese


Cut and fry the meat with a little salt.


Add chopped onion.





Add adjika and grated tomatoes. Cover and simmer on low for 5 minutes





Add garlic, salt, pepper, and cilantro — cover and simmer for 2 more minutes.



Add grated mozzarella, cover again for 2 minutes.
