From the Back, Feed Fid Through Top Loop, We'll Basically Be Making an S

Loop Back Around Through the Adjacent Loop. Fid Is Now in the Back (wrist Side)

Feed Fid Back the Next Adjacent Loop. Fid Is Now in Front.

Come Back Through the Middle Loop

Then Again Back Through the Loop Where We Originally Started.

This Is How It Should Look. a "chain Link" From Top View

From the Front, Feed Fid Through Bottom Middle Loop

After Being Fed Through

Now Flip the Braclet Over and From the Back, Feed the Fid Through the Loop Opposite of Where You Started.

Finally, Flip It Back Over and From the Front, Finish the Heart by Going Through the Same Bottom Loop
