Activated Walnut Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto

Activated walnuts, sun-dried tomatoes, what a superb combination! We took these two main ingredients to research and development and came out grinning our faces off! We did it again! Pesto, pesto, pesto! It goes with everything! We call this one, Activated Walnut Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto. Yep just as described in the name this time.
So for those of you who don't know, activated nuts are just better. The reason is, uhh one sec. Katie isn't here right now, she is the nut expert. Just checking google. I do know they taste better though so bear with me. Okay so google says that... Activated nuts have been soaked in water and salt for a period of time, which starts off the germination or sprouting process, then dehydrated at a low temperature. Soaking increases the nutrient value of the nuts. Sounds good to me!
Well combine that with the sun-dried tomatoes and you probably expect a puff of purple smoke to arise as you discover magic actually does exist. Well magic did happen minus the smoke. This stuff is incredible. I dip almost every bit of food into it for that burst of magic. I really recommend this one. I know I say that about everything but this one. Yep. Especially when dipping carrot pieces.
Well now that the good stuff has been said and done, time to get onto the good stuff. This is so quick to make! Well once the walnuts have been activated of course but do that over night just before bed seriously. Unless you ran out of sheep to count before sleeping, you could watch the nuts activate I guess. Wake up in the morning, kaboom! Done. Now it is so quick. You just add it all to a blender and there you have it. I really couldn't make toast faster. Toast with this on it might go well actually.
