It is one of the most important thing to sanitize our hand first if we are returning from market office or some where else to keep each and everyone around us safe and healthy.

So we need to use the sanitizer but it we or anyone is touching it simultaneously there may be a chance that the germs get deposited on the outer surface of the container of the sanitizer.

As per the above requirements the purpose of this project is to design and fabricate a device which would be able to dispense sanitizer at a ease when ever a person is placing his/her hand at the dispense nozzle so in that case its hands will be sanitized also the dispenser is undisturbed and is untouched.

It is made in a DIY (DO IT YOURSELF )based form factor and can be used in most of the places .

REQUIRED COMPONENTS:

1) Arduino Micro controller

2) HC SR 05 ultra sonic sensor module

3) Pump

4) Jumper wires

5) Tapes and cutters

6) Glue gun

7) Soldering station

8) Breadboard

9) Card board or ply or wooden sheet or mdf board for assembly

10) A container for storing sanitizer

11) Pipes

12 ) Some leds

ASSEMBLE ALL COMPONENTS

In the first step it is required to collect all the above listed components and assemble them together.

First we have to cut the cardboard according to the previous images and then we have to glue them together to make a structure that looks like a dispensing machine.

After gluing all the pieces leave it for some sort of time so that it would gain some strength and should be ready to assemble all the electronic components.

ASSEMBLE ALL THE ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS

Ultrasonic-Sensor-Equations.png

In this step we have to assemble the electronic components required for the functioning of the dispenser and we have to do in such a way that their should be no threat of moisture to the electronic components other wise the components can be damaged.

Do proper connections to all the sensors as shown in the circuit diagram above and further more recheck all the connections before powering it on.

COMPILE AND UPLOAD THE CODE TO ARDUINO USING USB CABLE

Download the given code and compile it using the desired software and than upload it to the arduino and dont forget to remove all power connections from arduino before uploading the code other wise some sort of damage may take place.

RECHECK ALL

This is the last step and in this recheck all the above steps and make sure every thing is working fine.

At last fill the container with sanitizing liquid and submerse the small dc pump which will help to deliver the liquid from the container to dispensing nozzle using a pipe.

READY

Place the device on a surface and power it on and it will be ready for use.
