Description
AL4-SO is a prototype AL4 security droid developed by Arakyd Industries. Developed after the KX-Series security droids, the AL4 series was designed to be an extremely versatile security droid. With four arms, the AL4 series droid can carry out a variety of tasks and was promised to revolutionize the droid industry as a whole. Each arm is equipped with an array of threat-neutralizing mechanisms. Furthermore, each arm is identical, meaning that should any of the AL4 series droid's arms be damaged, they can be interchanged with ease. Although the AL4 series security droid held much promise, the contract between Arakyd Industries and the Galactic Empire fell through, leaving the AL4 series never produced. AL4-SO is a prototype seized by the rebellion and reprogrammed, much like K2-SO.
All in all, I drew many influences from many droids such as K2-SO and L3-37. I enjoyed learning new techniques and pushing the limits of the Fusion 360 software.
