AI Enhanced Speakers

A speaker is a device that converts electric audio signal to sound waves. It does it by vibrating a thin diaphragm. This movement also causes vibrations within the speaker casing, this is known as reverberation, causing the sound quality to be very bad. Let's try to minimize the reverberation and make an awesome 3D printed speaker.

As I don't know much about reverberation, I will ask ChatGPT for giving tips on making the sound quality much better.

Supplies

3D printed casing - 50% Infill (PLA) - https://www.tinkercad.com/things/aE8CSMutNXS-casing

2 speakers

3.7v Lithium Battery

Battery Charging Module

Switch

LED

2.2K Ohm Resistor

Bluetooth Amplifier Board

(Connect 3.7v to the Amplifier board) Do not charge the battery through the amplifier board, charge it through the battery recharging module.

Fill Speaker Casing With Air Dry Clay

I asked ChatGPT if Air Dry Clay is good for making the speaker sturdy, and with its output, I filled the speaker with it.

Adding Polyfill

Then, I asked ChatGPT on materials absorbing vibrations and it recommended me Polyfill. I had some so I filled the speaker with it.

Sealing the Speaker

Now I can seal it. I used resin and some superglue to make a tight seal.

Test

Conclusion

Thanks for viewing my project. This was a short explanation. But it took me a long time to make this. I hope you try to make this project. Please let me know if you have any suggestions.

Have a good time building
