A2 Milk Chocolate, 100% Close to Mother Nature

Having your childen at home on along break , prepare this chocolate with one additional SUBTLE and SECRET super ingredient, yes ofcourse it is the LOVE for your family and nature
This recipe has no white sugar.Palm sugar is added to this dish ,gives such a wonderful taste and makes the chocolate even DARKER. Palm sugar is a super healthy food that was traditionally used ,yes ofcourse you can say during the PRE-DIABETIC period. It has a LOW GLYCEMIC INDEX .It was included in the staple diet of rurals.
Supplies
REQUIREMENTS
A2 milk 1/2 lt
Cacao powder 7 tbsp
Palm sugar 15 tbsp
A2 butter 50gm
vanilla pod 1
Nut of your choice - handful
FOR PRESENTATION
Bowl of pudding
Glass of sappan wood drink
Boil A2 Milk
Remove from flame and add natural Cacao powder and mix it with a bigger ladle or beater to ensure no lumps
Add Cacao Powder
Boil milk in slow flame and reduce it to half the volume. Take care to see that, it does not sticks to the bottom of the pan
Adding Vanilla Paste
Add vanilla paste scraped from a vanilla pod.
Adding A2 Butter
Add butter and mix thoroughly
Adding Crispy Nuts
Add dry roasted nuts of your choice for that crunchy effect
Adding Palm Sugar
Palm sugar is added ONLY when it is just warm ,as Milk tends to CURDLE, when it is hot. Palm sugar turns the chocolate even DARKER. You could enjoy the colour of the dark chocolate plus the sweetness of the milk chocolate.
DONOT replace it with Palm Jaggery
Transferring It on the Tray
Pour it in a grased tray ,sprinkled with nuts.
Freeze the Chocolate
Freeze for a day or two, until it is hard enough to be sliced
Presentation
Present it with extra nuts give a smiy effect on your home made pudding with the cacao powder and palm sugar powder,. serve it with hot Sappan wood / Indian red wood drink
