What could be a better way to start a day with a nutritious, easy, and no-cook breakfast.

Supplies

This is a simple breakfast that does not require any cooking at all.

  1. Milk - 2 cups
  2. Oats - 1 cup
  3. Fresh fruits (1 apple, 1 banana, or any other readily available fruits)
  4. Chia seeds
  5. Pumpkin seeds
  6. Walnuts (1 handful)
  7. Raisins (1 handful)
  8. Honey

Soak Oats Overnight

I took 2 cups of milk in a bowl and added 1 cup of oats. Soaked this well and left it overnight.

Soak Chia Seeds

As you know Chia seeds are considered to be very healthy for everyone. I soaked 2 tbsp of chia seeds for 30 minutes.

Add Fresh Fruits

In this step, I considered adding an apply and 1 banana into small pieces and slices as shown.

Add Pumpkin Seeds

I just picked a handful of peeled organic pumpkin seeds and added them to the mix.

Add Chia Seeds

In this step just added the soaked chia seeds to the bowl.

Add Walnuts & Raisins

Added one handful each of nutrition with walnuts and raisins to the bowl.

Added Honey

Finally decorated with honey on top.
